Garnishing with flowers doesn't have to stop with food, they can look stunning in drinks - hot or cold.

You can just pick fresh EDIBLE flowers from the garden, which I often do. But it is very easy to freeze the flowers in ice cubes, they keep fresh and can be keep all year round.

The flowers do tend to float on the water but they are still well preserved.
