Serves 4
Ingredients
2 tbs sage flowers, all green parts removes
4 tbs creme fresh (or yoghurt with a tsp lemon juice)
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tbs young sage leaves – cut into very fine segments
1 tbs chopped garlic chive leaves
Method
Carefully pull the flowers from their green bases
In a dessert sized bowl mix the creme fresh (or yoghurt) and the dried mustard powder
Add the sage leaves, sage flowers and chives- toss lightly together
Chill in the fridge until required
Serve with BBQ’d sausages and a green salad
