TG's Phyto Powered Rainbow Smoothie

Ingredients


Crushed ice – I crushed up ice cubes in my food processor

Handful Strawberries and/or Raspberries/ cherries(stoned!)

One orange or another orange fruit

One Mango or yellow fruit

Handful blueberries or blue/purple fruit

Two kiwis or green fruit


Method



Crush/blend the fruits separately - I used a little hand blender

Mix each lot of blended fruit with an equal amount of crushed ice

Pour them individually into a long glass one on top of the other.


DELICIOUS!
