Ingredients
For the balls
200g ground almonds
400g Medjool dates
4 tbs raw cacao powder
2 tbs almond butter
2 tbs coconut oil
2 tbs chia seeds
Grated rind of an orange
¼ - ½ tsp cinamon powder
2 tbs water
For the decoration
¼ tsp edible paint
¼ tsp edible glue
red and green edible sparkle
Method
Pit the dates and chop roughly.
Put them in a food processor with all the other ingredients and blend them all together until they look like sticky breadcrumbs and will stick together between your fingers
Roll the mix into approximately 20 balls.
Put them on a baking tray and freeze them for an hour to set.
Decorate to look like mini Xmas puddings, place in an airtight container in the fridge.
